Authentic, handmade Native American beadwork by Tamsye Jefferson, enrolled member of the VA state-recognized Chickahominy tribe.  Historically, the Chickahominy were a part of the Powhatan Confederacy ("Pocohontas people").   Niece of the present day chief, Stephen Adkins, Ms. Jefferson has made numerous exquisite pieces for tribal ceremonial use.  Her creations are noted for their grace of design and durability.  Each piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity including a photo of the item and the artist.
